Just bought this 2003 Regal 2860 it did not have a manual with it, Can some direct me to the best place to get one

Try Regal's web site, where they make a lot of manuals available. If not downloadable there, just use their contact form to reach out to them, and they will respond quickly and assist you.
You can also do a Google search, as a lot of older boat manuals are available as PDF scans online in various places.

I searched all over the internet and finally found this for my 2006 2860 issuu.com/regalmarine/docs/2860_windowexpressHope it helps, it's in flip pageformat, I couldn't download it and didn't try to print it out (200pgs!) Yet. |
