What is the best way to clean the snap in seamat carpets on 2023 LX4? Have some mildew already

I clean my Regal factory seagrass mats on my Regal 28 Express by removing them from the boat, spreading out on the dock or my driveway, and cleaning with spray from a pressure washer. Perhaps a mild bleach & water, or soap solution sprayed onto the mats before pressure washing them, or Simple Green, would help mitigate the mildew. The mats dry very quickly, especially if placed in the sun.

What Gerry did is pretty much what I did with my Sea Grass mats from Regal. I used Simple Green for a lot of other cleaning for which you don't want to use a harsh cleaner. It works great. After the cleaning I had to replace several of the snaps as well.
