Being retired for 12 years (and all kids long gone) and as long as the SS checks keep coming and my IRA (that I have to take RMD's from monthly) doesnt totally tank My summer plans are the same. Stay home, order food from Amazon Fresh, occasionally a Pizza from Pizza Hut, and a freezer full of food I will survive (Gloria Gaynor song from some years ago) . Hope everybody else makes it through this pandemic!! Regarding boat/lake= 80 F yesterday and 82 forecast for today but too sick (not corona, other stuff) to go anywhere anyway. Just a note from my oldest son (a M.D. in private practice in Nashville) if you cant get hand sanitizer, buy a pint or quart of 70% rubbing alcohol and mix a table spoon of glycerin in and shake it up.Just As good or better that the stuff that you cant get or is crazy priced. Admin, thanks for starting the new topic!

Up at lake George to hibernate for a few days, leaving the city and coming up here, you feel some weight removed. Shelves are not raided and people still have some common sense. Lake is thawed out, it was beautiful today and warm....I kept looking for a boat on the water! Pretty sure will be on the water for April vacation.

We are probably going to head to the lake next weekend. We will need breaks from all this periodically.
