My boat is a 3560, if yours is not the same model (3560 or 3760) then this info may not help you.
The bottom trucks can be changed without removing the port side dash panel.
It requires patience and taking your time. You can move and flex the doors out of the way to allow the trucks to slide out of the end of the track after removing them from the door.
To service the top trucks, you need to remove the port side of the dash. It's not that bad of a job once you do it. The hardest part of the job is the one rivet that secures the windshield to the support. Not hard, but bit of a pest. I didn't have to completely remove the port side of the windshield to gain access to screws holding the dash in place, but I did unscrew it and lift it just enough to allow the dash screws to be removed.
One thing, if you decide to remove the dash to replace all the trucks, also replace the tracks at the same time. For the amount of work, you may as well do it completely.
When comparing my original top aluminum tracks to the replacement vinyl tracks, the new vinyl tracks seem to have more clearance and were less "tight". So this throws out my previous idea that my aluminum tracks were bent or widened by the weight of someone stepping on the hatch. Perhaps the manufacturer added more clearance to help solve binding issues? I'll never know what caused the original binding issues. I only know that after replacing all the trucks and both the upper and lower tracks, the doors seem to be functional again.
