If I recall this was discussed some on the old forum and the possibility of ordering these direct. My mooring cover on my 2012 is still in ok shape but it's getting there. Through the tags I tracked to commercialsewing.com/mooring-covers/I don't see Regal so I'm not sure if Regal is still using them. I'm extremely happy with this cover and considering ordering another. I can reach out to them just wanted to check the forum first.

If you are looking for a new cover I highly recommend Aurora Canvas. 417-883-9811 or www.auroracanvas.com Our mooring cover has been great. It was designed to cover the entire boat while on the lift, even the outdrive.

When we purchased our 2300 in 2016, a 2015 leftover, I too had searched for a mooring cover. The one I wanted was an older style that Commercial Sewing had sold that covered the boat with the tower down. They no longer made that at the time I inquired, and the new model has a Velcro closure skirt around the legs of the tower. Ameritex makes the cover currently available, and they have some sort of deal where you can only order from them if your model is three years old; otherwise they redirect you to purchase from Regal. Since we wanted a cover that we could tow with and have the tower down, we went with the Ameritex. I would have ordered from our Regal dealer, but he was very unresponsive and difficult to work with on some warranty issues, so that wasn’t an option for us at the time. The Ameritex cover was more costly than I would have thought based on the thickness of the material, but it has held up well and it is quite secure while towing. I know that many boaters don’t tow while covered, but that white interior takes a beating so I’m definitely a cover as you go guy. I do have to say that the people I spoke with at both companies were terrific, and customer service at Ameritex has been great. I wound up needing to replace a damaged piece of canvas and they helped me on pricing and fabricated it quickly.
Final comment. I did have two local canvas makers take a look and the cost for one to be made was going to be three to four times what I paid Ameritex for the one I bought. They might have been fantastic, but I always think that when someone gives you a crazy quote for something, it probably means they don’t really want to do the job. Also, one of them wanted to install snaps at the waterline for his cover to secure to, and that just sounded like a terrible idea to me.
I hope you find one you like.
