I thought it would be good with boating opening up for folks to post pictures of them using their Regals. Here is my first set of posts. Here are a few shots of us using our Regal yesterday. We rented a house on Still Pond Creek in Warton, MD for a long weekend and these were taken running the boat from or Marina on the Sasasfras to Still Pond. Two of these are sideways and I’m not sure how to straighten them out from my iPad.

Here in Az we don't have very large lakes so my 1998 Regal 1700 is just the right size for my wife and myself. I was not sure how to create a post so I got the photo in the wrong place.

Well, with the summer coming to a close, well Labor Day being here none the less. Our summer rental down the Jersey shore ended today and we had to run our 33 OBX back to its spring/fall/winter home on the northern Chesapeake Bay. My oldest son and my granddaughter took the run with me. 4 hours from West Wildwood, NJ to Skipjack Cove Resort Marina in Georgetown, MD on the Sassafras River. Good run overall, the Delaware Bay has 2 to 3 footers on it the last 10 miles or so into the bend before the C&D Canal at the Salem Nuclear Power Station. however, the run from the C&D through the canal down the bay and up the Sassafras River was pretty much smooth running as the video below shows. We ended up getting rain for the last half of the run, but it was basically a drizzle. We ended up stopping at a beach right before the marina in MD for a little dip and to give my grand daughter some beach time. Pics are below. IMG_2548.mov (3.98 MB)

Just about to haul until spring. Always a sad day.
