I see regal’s website has teaser videos on two new models......good for them considering the current global situation....
Based on the one stern view of a new boat with twin Yamaha XTO’s, for that size HP, we are looking at 35’ minimum....bow rider or express cruiser.....should be interesting!
anyone have an inside scoop?

Seems like the models are getting crowded in the 33-38 range....

Maybe an LS8 as the stern drive new model? Intake manifold air to water intercooled Vette engine in a cruiser/fly bridge vessel? Marine applications of automotive boosted gasoline engines not a good fit for a ocean going vessel? That would be great for a "gofast" boat

Watched the fb live event....they did well on those models and will fill a gap in the 35-40 ft cruisers market. The glass enclosure cockpit or open option on the same hull is innovative. Only thing I don’t get is why put the microwave downstairs but yet the rest of the galley items are in the cockpit..?? Weird one....the rest of the boat is perfect for a cruising couple......

The 28-29 foot openbow has not been introduced as part of the LS series of Regal Boats.

I couldn't figure that out either but I guess there wasn't enough room in the upstairs galley.

My wife pointed out the same..she said “what a Mw is doing besides the bed..??” May be a fridge but a Mw..?! On the other hand i read in another post that the new 36 didnt have the anchor wash down spigot..? Unbelievable that Regal is going cheap in things like that. My 3760 had it and my SC35 has it. I was quoted close to 600k for a Gc36 and my 300k SC35 has better construction details it seems.

It seems like something I may have to add later. I also think it's unbelievable Regal didn't have that as a feature on the new boats. Thanks, Steve

I use my front wash down ALL the time on my 38XO. Not only do ii use it to wash down the anchor, chain and windlass but also works great for rinsing off the entire front of the boat.

We use shore wash down hose even though we have a wash down hose at anchor locker. Guess it depends on the bottom your anchored into?

I wash my anchor and line (chain and rope) every time i retrieve the anchor. (One hand operates the up button and the other the hose..) . Being in salt water i find that mandatory. Ive seen chains badly rusted in boats without anchor wash downs so after 6 years my setup is in good condition. Rope gets bristle as well if not rinsed with fresh water.
