2011 Regal 38 Express, gauge lights not working. I turn on panel light switch, all the panel switches light up, and the compass lights up. I operate the dimmer switch and all the lights dim including the compass but still no gauge lights. The hour readout in the tach lights up but the tach lights don’t come on. Any ideas on a cause?

No, other than as all lights come on other than gauges will be a bad connection from ign switch or separate helm panel breaker that powers the switch/connections , etc.). Get a voltmeter and check voltage from gauge lights at gauges down to separate switch (anchor or nav light switch) usually the helm gauges lights only come on when in dark with nav lights/anchor switches are on.,
