Fill hose and vent leak water when filling and freshwater pump keeps losing its prime. I can access the stern of the tank next to the shower sump under the bottom step (trash can), but I can’t see the filler and vent attachments. Is there an access hatch I’m oblivious to, or do I have to pull up the galley floor?

Not sure about a fresh water filter on the inlet (fill) hose to tank? Possible a filter on the discharge of the (potable) water pump but most likely if you have filter it isnt on the pumps inlet, should be outlet from pump to boat plumbing?? We dont have filter before or after pump or filler inlet. Loosing prime on pump, bad check valves on pump but you need to check pressure from outlet of pump. If potable water tank full you shouldn't loose prime unless valves in pump bad due to chlorine content of city water you use to fill tank?

New Shurflo pump. Pressurized just fine with full tank of water. Couple days later, prime lost. Top off tank and pump pressurized, cycle repeats. Sounds like I sucking air somewhere. Small filter on inlet side of pump is visible and clean. Can’t locate access to bow side of water tank where filler hose and vent hose attach.

So, still a water leak into bilge? Sounds like a leak from tank to pump hose causing loss of prime? The thru hull fill port to tank shouldnt have a leak, suspect tank to pump hose/fittings leak somewhere? Try putting some safe food coloring (red/green)into tank and look for leak with that in tank. Food coloring shouldn't effect water supply safety, just color (especially if you take a shower with color in tank?
