I just purchased a 2018 Regal express. It has 90 hrs and been dry racked inside. How can I tell if I need to replace the batteries. When I placed the battery switch on 1 battery and raised the power tower it was very weak and slow. I placed the switch on 2 batteries and it was fine. This is while the boat was still out of the water. I’m worried about being out and hutting down the boat without the generator running and I run my batteries dead. It has not happened yet but I have to keep the switch on 2 batteries. Just a little uncertain about what to do.

Based on your picture you have a 28 express. The 28 express comes standard with 2 batteries, one starting and 1 house. These 2 batteries are on 2 separate banks and should only be combined in an emergency. Are you charging the batteries on shore power when the boat is not in use?
