Question 1. on fresh water system. Just bought this boat.
1. Filled water tank up.
2. Flipped switch on dash for fresh water. Light turned red. No noise at all.
3. Open waster at sink and no water flow at all. Still no water pump sound.
Is there a breaker that needs to be turned on? Maybe not on since winterizing.
1. If so where is it?

The breaker panel has little rubber nipples on it. Are those for testing or do you remove them to look at the fuse? If you do remove them, do you simply pop off the nipple with needle nose pliers?
