Good Day, i have a Regal 2665 / 2008 and experience issues with the Fresh Water Tank Sensor. i understand that the Tank is located below the V-Berth Table, but how i can reach the sensor ? Is there an easy way to access this or do i need to remove all the carpet ? any tips would be appreciated. Thanks, Sven

Svens...
I am trying to reach my fresh water tank also on my 04 2665. Did you ever figure out how to get to the tank / sensor?
Thanks!
S

Just from the picture it looks like the large oval area just has a large wood/fiberglas cover screwed over opening? Hopefully the carpeting comes up with the large cover?

Have the same problem with my 2665, could it be located under the plate for the table or are the snap screws holding down the entire floor

Hi all I am new to the forum Regal 2665 2004 model I find the fresh water sensor very easy after a long search. you do not need to remove carpets. take a sharp object and peg the the floor and work your way about 20-30mm away from the side of carpet. If you hit metal it is a screw. Work your way all around. If you find 2 screws you can space it easily. All screws are on top. Remove the table mount. To lift the floor board. I find the problem the float do not float any more not sure why. My problem is I can not find a replacement float sensor. I had to make a plan to make it float again with pipe insulation. If any one get the original sensor with float I will like to buy it

Although my sensor was entirely a different design, it was junk after many years. I found a non-contact capacitance/inductance measurement system that is foil tape to attach to the outside of the tank, with a remote monitor and uses the original two wires. Search the internet as there are several manufacturers. Easy to install and wire up. Works great.
