I have a 2021 regal 26 XO that I purchased this year. The stereo and speakers are just ok and I want something a bit more powerful.
Has anyone upgraded their speakers yet?

I haven't updated the Fusion Speakers on my 2020 33 OBX, but I have done upgrades on pervious boats and have some opinions on the speakers. If you have a choice, I would go with either Wetsounds or JL Audio speakers and a Wetsounds or JL Audio Amp. You could pair that up with your existing head unit. The other big thing that adds to the stereo setup ia a solid Subwoofer either again from Wetsounds or JL Audio. I'm not a fan of the Fusion speakers on my 33 OBX. While I'm happy with the Fusion Head unit, my 22 Bryant with a 3 year old Wetsounds Amp and 6 Wetsounds speakers and a 10" Wetsounds sub in a built for enclosure sounds better than the brand new 33 OBX with the Fusion Amp and Speakers.
I currently have a Warrantee claim in on the Fusion speakers since I have the chrome trim ones and they are pitting horribly. I've told them I would be happy with them just giving me $1200 in return for the pitted speakers (since a pair is about $250 and I have 4 pair of them on the 33, plus the sub). I don't know if they will go for that, but if so, I will replace all the Fusion speakers with JL Audio's.

We did a JL Audio upgrade on a previous boat. The sound quality was amazing, better than my home system. JL is worth considering for your upgrade.
I am considering a JL upgrade on our current boat.
