Planning on spending my $'s on new canvas and cockpit carpeting this coming year. If I get energetic, I have been really tempted by the few posts I've seen on interior flooring. 20 years have seen my 'fabrics' deteriorating.

Mine is to cross Lake Ontario from the US side to the Canadian side, as long as the Canadian border opens up.
Second thing is to find a late model regal 2000es or a 30 express.

3300 or 38SAV. If the latter of the 2 boats listed, then I have to throw in the Great Loop!
Uh... I just noticed this was limited to 2021, shucks! That being the case, boat more than 15 hours in 2021 (all we got in 2020 and far below our 70 hour average).

Well I was planning middle of last year to upgrade the 33 OBX to a 38 SAV, but I changed my mind. The 33 OBX is a great boat for the cost for us and with some other financial cleansing items in 2020 happening, it looks like that upgrade may never happen or perhaps is pushed off till 2022 and beyond. In any case, I do plan on piling on the hours on the 33 OBX again this year. Target is again better than 150 hours of running.

Sounds good. Sorry you have to re arrange your budget a little! Never say never, you should come back to full steam when the corona 19 is over! For us, not on any great lakes, we typically put on about 35/40 hours per year. Even though it is recommended to change engine oil every year I go about two years (still under the 100 hr. change interval) using Castrol or Mobile 1 full synthetic lube oil. There is no reason for us to change oil every year.

In 2020 I managed Superior, WI to Isle Royale - about 500 nautical miles round trip. I'm definitely doing that trip again along with the Apostle Islands a couple times. Add hours to the boat . . .

I have an LS6 on order. I don't have a build or delivery date yet. I'm hoping for late May.

So I don't know if you guys saw the new Galeon 325 GTO. Very nice boat perfect for what my boating is now. If only regal would upgrade the 33 OBX to something similar!

Tom, I have seen that boat and what amazes me about it is a few things. 1) I spoke to Galeon and MarineMax over the last 24-18 months specially about a cruiser type outboard model and was told Galeon would NEVER do such a thing because their main market is Europe and they are not into outboards like the US is. The other thing I have been saying for years to all manufactures was an outboard cabin type boat with a side platform.

One big Item in my bucket list is to circumnavigate Vancouver Island BC. My thought is to take the Month of August, set out in a counter clockwise course heading north, site seeing and fishing around that big island. The pictures don't do it justice.

In our case it will be a year of waiting. Just placed an order for a 36 XO but will a build slot in Oct we are having it delayed to Feb to minimize winter storage in the Northeast (Annapolis area).
