I had a similar problem with my car last year and it was a bad carbon canister and valve that had to be replaced. Before the pump would click off after less than a minute. It's been perfect after the repair. Agree it is most likely on the vent side.

Evap carbon filter on a diesel? Or are we talking on the gas propulsion engines?

Update... I had reported that my slow fueling on my 2020 38XO had finally been resolved, however that didn't last. After shorting the fuel line and fixing any slope issues, I had two full-ups of just over 200 gallons each without issue. Now however the problem is back. I suspect at this point it may be the carbon canister as well.
