We have out grown our 1900 (didnt take much) and it was sold to someone who will enjoy it as much as we did.
My next two boats will be a 15 to 17 foot boston whaler AND 30 to 35 foot Regal cruiser.
On the Regal, I will only be buying thru my local dealer...they have treated us so well that buying from someone else would no feel right...so whether new or used, it will have to be thru them.
If you know of a whaler, please let me know...for a clean whaler...I am happy to buy from anywhere in the US and have it shipped.

Nice! If you buy the Regal new, it’s best to use your local dealer. For one, new boat sales are regional to the dealer in your area. For two, with new boats and warranty / other issues especially on the larger boats you will want to have the support from your local dealer as their customer.

As petty as it may sound, I just cant bring myself to buy from anyone else. These folks are like family and treat us like gold.
They have a 28 Express that would work me but my wife doesnt want something that small with two growing boys (10 and 8). I dont blame her but for me, it could be a stepping stone. We shall see!

Listen to your wife. She is absolutely correct. While the 28 is a great boat, it’s going to get small real fast. The 33X is significantly bigger. If you can swing it go for 30-33 foot. |

Congrats on the sale Aviator!!
If you are going to the marina party this weekend and you want to get a good look at my 33 I’ll be there. There is also a 30 express right behind me and a 28 express next to that for comparison.

First year I have missed the party since they started doing it.
The 30 should in theory be my minimum length.
