I have a 2007 2565 Window Cruiser. I've only had it about a year. Earlier this year we pulled it out of the water for repairs/maintenance and after a few days on the trailer (no shore power), We noticed a sloshing sound under the galley floor. Nothing else was wet. Cabinet floors-dry, under seating storage areas-dry. We thought it was from the freezer compartment defrosting. We lifted the teak floor, dried it out for a couple of weeks and re-siliconed it. Several months later, no issues. Recently we were out of power at the marina for about about two weeks from Hurricane Ida (by the way, she handled it like a champ). When prepping the boat for the hurricane, we did place a bucket in the refrigerator to catch the water when the freezer defrosted. However, under the galley floor is wet again. Any suggestions as to what would cause this?

Could be a lot of things honestly, sometimes multiple sources at the same time. Check your deck and windshield fittings. Check your water lines by sinks and shower sump boxes. I just found a pinched and chaffed galley sink hose in mine that would appear its been that way since it was built, turns out its only one of the sources. Bilge water is inevitable, its really about management more than anything else.
