Create a new post, that opens up a different window where you can select from different ways to attach.
I am not sure about the data plans, I will have to increase it as we go along.
Right now it’s $6 per month for 200mb but will need to evaluate.

I was going to upload the 2001 commodore manuals I have from the old forum, but even though it’s divided into 3 separate files, each one is 3MB’s and I can only attach 1MB max.
Any advice?

Maybe try saving them in either PDF as a smaller file.
One of the upgrades to the site is actually the ability to upload large files, let me explore it further.
