Seems like Regal has a new customer service manager, they were great in getting back to me within 2 days! He sent back a mail with the link to their U tube site. Not sure how much they would be receptive to members on the New ROF dumping a ton of questions on them so dont want to pass along his email address, hope you understand? The suggestion is if we cant answer it here on the ROF, members should go to the Regal web site, connect with them via there web contact page, indicate problem, give model/year/and especially hull number and ask a question. Also, just my thoughts, Regal most likely will be more responsive to larger boat owners but that is just my opinion!
thanks
