I'd look for a few near you can then search for review of them on the Internet. To be honest that is th best way to get the canvass replaced.

There are many many many good canvas places out there. A good one should have the patterns already in hand to create a set of canvas for your boat, to your specifications. A google search should find you plenty of good places.
