On the regal 33 express, there are two windows on the stbd side and I had someone raft crack the rear window. Anyone done a replacement on the hull windows? How involved is it? Boat is currently in the water and I am trying to see how much boating season this will cost.....

FWIW - this advice was recently posted on Facebook about a 28 Express for the bow window. Your Regal dealer should be able to give a good idea on costs for ordering the window. Hope this helps?…
FB Poster: I broke ours a few years back. I put the black gorilla tape over the entire window inside and out. I ordered a window from Regal dealer and they shipped to the house (about $500 at the time). I think I got the sealant from Bostik dealer ( call regal for info). The sealant is the only thing that holds it in. No leaks so far. Definitely need to take your time and plan out temporary securing the glass until the sealant sets up.

For those googling this, I was able to get the window replaced while the boat was in the water. Steps: - order the window from regal or thru boat dealer. - make sure regal factory installs the guides before shipping the window. There are two screw like guides to ensure proper alignment on the regal 33 express. They aren't used for anything but aligning the window when you reinstall. - cost of the window (stbd aft hull window) was $470. - called up local auto glass repair company and they came out with proper tools and industrial gasket sealant glue. - 25 min job. Local glass repair company charged $250 for a two man crew.
Turned out just as new!
