Hello all, I am replacing my thru hull which is located just forward of my starboard engine. Does anyone know what angle I need? That is my main question.
I have an 1.5 inch hole and will hook it up via Nema2000 network. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

what brand/model transducer are you installing? some are adjustable and others are very limited into how much you can adjust. The dead rise angle on that boat should be between 16-20 degrees. I looked for a few transducers and they do indicate a range of degrees. Choose the range appropriate to you.

Thanks for the replies. I ended up findin it to be a cored hull, opening it up to a 2 inch hole (bigger on the inside layers), and made an epoxy cavity to seal it between the layers. Then installed a garmin intelliducer, and putting it on my NEMA2000 network. Works great
Thanks
