Has anyone used seedealercost.com/ successfully to get the best deal?

Based on 2019 regal section of that site, they are showing a 30% gross profit for each model. Being that they are the same margins across all models, I’m not sure I believe they are accurate so I wouldn’t be walking into a dealer with those numbers thinking they are going to help you much.
I’ve been through the brand new boat process 5 times across 3 manufacturers, boat sizes from 21-34 ft. The discount off msrp has ended up between 17 and 23%. The numbers shift with trades, options, dealer prep, etc. at the end of the negotiations I’ve tried to get a free option and successfully got it.

If you are purchasing a brand new boat, I would be inclined to buy from the dealer closest to you and pay what you have to pay. I agree with the above comment about discount, unless the "starting price" a dealer quotes is already marked below MSRP. My two cents is that you have to look at buying a boat differently than a car and be satisfied with the dealer making a bit of money on the front end.

So I just bought a 2020 and my dealer showed me his invoice. The site seems pretty accurate, at least for my 28 Express. What it does not show is the dealer cost on extras vs. what you might pay. As an example, at the last minute I was hedging to add a few extras and the dealer "threw them in for his cost" which was about 40% less than I was going to be charged. I think Regal gives the dealers room on the add-on's to make extra money.
