My 2018 Regal 28 express overhead light in the head does not power on. I have looked everywhere for the breaker. No luck ...has anyone ever had this issue. If so where is the breaker? greatful...

I believe it it the same breaker used for the cabin lights. Try replacing the bulb.

Yes, first remove bulb. then check voltage at connector at fixture, if 12 VDC, replace bulb, hopefully with a LED bulb!

Does the 28 have a 12volt panel with breakers, or is it a fuse block (like on the 26)?

It appears there is no bulb. Looks like a led circuit board. I still think there has to be a breaker somewhere. All other cockpit light work.

Some LED bulbs are actually on circuit boards but will have prongs (terminals ) to plugs them in. Take a close up picture of what you have and post.
