Wonder if a dedicated group for the 4160 (etc.) series would make sense? Ours is a 2001 (old like me) but in this category I do have a lot of experience with this older / larger model Regal. The older the boat (and owner:)) the more hands on experience with all facets of the vessel? Since purchasing the 4160 in 2014 I have created a word doc (now 3 full single line pages) with virtually everything done to it regarding service/maintenance/repairs etc. if I could figure out how to post the .doc I would be happy to do so if anyone interested? Just looking saw the "add attachment box in upper right hand corner so I will give it a try if anyone interested? Just removed this , thinking I have posted too much info on my vessel for the whole world to see , sorry! If anyone wants a copy please PM me, I will send it to you.

I was able to download your maintenance document. Like you; I am anal and heavily documented but my boat is a bit smaller (3860) - always looking for the way others document so I can improve my process. Thanks you so much for sharing!!!!

Your welcome! Thought it might be interesting for some older folks (also young ones) to see the extent of how a old retired engineer spends his time on his vessel Hopefully this document will be helpful when selling our 2001 4160, but who knows, most folks dont want to know the effort put into maintaining a boat, just that the surveyor says everything is both working and in "serviceable condition" when in the process of purchasing one! PS: A "bit" smaller will most likely have the same service/maintenance scenarios as ours? The great (seriously) 7.0 kW Westerbeke gen, vacu flush toilets, and both AC units have been the most expensive items since owning the 4160. Everything else was just a lot of diagnosis, search for correct repair/replacement items, and getting the job done. Thanks

Dock mate has a 3860, bought it from a owner in FL (Sea water vessel). Now on Lake Lanier (fresh water)! Looks great, everything works but some corrosion from being in salt water for 8 years (mainly where the aluminum radar arch connects to the hull). He is working on correcting that problem (slowly).
