Hello, Does anyone know what the difference is between these two Regal canvas options? edit: I just found this picture on a 42 Regal so I guess it is more of a tent? Steve Attachments:

The palm beach does not have any eisenglass. The other has see their plastic panels.

I have both Palm Beach and cockpit. Each for different purposes. The cockpit is just like the "sliding" salon door, but soft. We use it on hot days to keep the cockpit cool. It's a great option and stores in the deep port locker. The Palm beach DOES have isinglass. I have not run with it on, but it is a great full cover for the stern. My only issue is we dock to port and the door on the palm beach is to starboard. But no big deal. You need to extend the aft lounge fully to have the bungees hold in place.

What would've been nice, in my opinion, is to have a mesh instead of the isinglass portion and a "flap" of canvas on top of that with zippers. I guess , that could be modified after. I had a 35SC and just ordered the 36XO.
autobahn, I think that pic is not the Palm Beach enclosure as it looks more like a "plastic' cover and not canvas.
