One of The ballasts on my Regal 2500 RX Surf are almost 1/2 full and will not empty any more water out. I can hear the pump running but no water is spilling in to the lake. I’m in the hoist so I know no water is coming out. Is it plugged or is the pump weak! IDK. Any ideas?
