Checked fuse/circuit breaker, both OK. Helm switch when turned on the green light comes on so the switch is getting power. So, suspect the motor has failed? How to access the motor to remove is the question. It is above the helm gauge panel but buried under the outer forward hull so hope I dont have to pull instrument panel to access? Any ideas or experience will really help. Every month or so I am finding something else to fix/repair/replace on our 2001 4160 but this has all been fun for 5 years, keeps me out of trouble

Had to replace mine a few years ago. In mine, there is an access panel in the cabin. I suspect yours has one somewhere. Installation was fairly easy, however, the multitude of holes to set the arc was a PIA, but doable.

Thanks, most likely will have to pull the salon AC/DC breaker panel to get up to where the wiper motor is installed? The breaker panel is directly below the wiper motor.
