I just purchased a 2008 regal 2450 and launched it the other day.
When I launched the boat the boat started right up and when I went to go in reverse the throttle wouldn’t engage and same with forward would only go into neutral . I Sprayed some wd40 in the round hole and managed to free it. Went for a 30 min ride and headed to my dock where I keep the boat. Docked it fine with going into forward and reverse. Thought it was fine but was going to head out with the kids today and now it’s back to the same. Round button will not press in or pop out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
