Hi All.
I have a 2006 3860. I have a Kenwood KDC-225MR radio mounted and the display reads "Standby".
At first it didn't display anything, but I replaced the fuse and the word "Standby Appears but nothing else functions as it used to.
Of course they don't make this radio any longer, but I can find a few used Faceplates.
Do you think replacing the Faceplate would repair the problem?

I pulled a Kendwood out of my 380, let me check and see if its the same when I get home.

That’s exactly what we did, replaced with a Fusion.
