I returned from a long trip and found that now, when I connect my 30A shore power cable to shore, I get a hazard light. I know the cable needs to be replaced, but for the life of me, I cannot find where the female end of the cable terminates/connects inside the boat. I've looked behind the breaker/electrical panel, behind the refrigerator in the salon, behind the cabinet next to the sink, under the dash in the helm, and under the controls at the helm, but cannot find where that power cable terminates so I can replace it. Has anyone done this before and can help me out? I have to imagine this isn't very unique to my model, so any other experience would be greatly appreciated.

SeaSun,
Looks like you have a year newer 2007 4460 than the one I owned a few years ago. when I had to replace my Gledenning cables, I found that they were cabled to connectors that were on the floor under the Glendennings I simply swapped the cable from there and my situation was improved. With that said, I believe both of the cables do route back to the cabin mounted switch panel which is the the right of the sink in the cabin. I never had to replace them though, so I'm not sure of the routing to get from the glendenning area to that switch panel. You might want to look for Connectors under the glendennings, but with that said, my situation could have been arranged by an earlier owner who cut the cable there and put in a connector. Good luck though.
