The steering cup on my 4160 is leaking. Bought the repair kit and special tool to do repairs. The booklet shows bleeders at both ends of piston. My unit has bleeders with a tube attached to both. The bleeders do not have any valves. Question is how do I refill and bleed piston. An easy fix would be to replace the existing fittings with valves etc but am confused by the tube attached to both ends. Is it for decoration???
