Has anyone seen or made a ring or device to context to floating bollards in a lock to make it easier then trying to fish a line around them.

As someone who has spent some time in locks I'll say that the safest and easiest thing to do in locks with floating bollards is just to use a line. You need to be able to get that line off quick in case of a problem, so just throw a line over the bollard and loop it around the boat cleat your using and keep your hands on the end of the line
