Is there a huge bow rise when coming on plane ? I’ll be on Lake Erie , are the AC units easy to look at for rusty drip pans ? We’re ate they located Thanks , any info will be helpful

You can go on the Regal homepage and see if they have a users manual available for download for that year and model to get familiar with the layout. I just went thru the vessel front to back looking for anything obvious. Turning everything on that I could and looking for general condition. The best thing to do is to go out for a cruise with it and see if you're interested in it from a cruising stand point and then have the vessel surveyed The AC units are "most" likely located in the forward berth and aft berth separately. I have a 3860 and the front AC is under the forward berth and aft unit is in a compartment wall between the salon and aft berth. They should be readily accessible as you need to winterize them.

The biggest things that will cost you money are going to be fiberglass / delamination issues and problems with propulsion. For these reasons it's always highly recommended to get a survey. When I did mine i had all fluids tested (oilx2 for engines, oil x1 for generator, transmission fluid x2).
