I have a 2001 4160 with 150 feet of chain bow anchor rode.
The bow anchor roller wheel appears to be 2 pieces of cone shaped white Delrin material 4 inches in diameter.
The problem I am having is that when weighing anchor, once the anchor is out of the water the rode gets wedged between the 2 pieces of the roller wheel and the windlass won't pull it in.
I have tried looking for replacement roller wheels online, but it seems like the standard width is 3&3/8 inches and I only have a 3&1/8 inches width.
