Has anyone experienced extremely inaccurate readings for the gas level with a 500 gallon tank? I’m hoping it’s my fuel sender. I requested a new one from Regal and they’re sending me one. After completely filling up the tank driving for 50 miles. My fuel level tells me I have 300 gallons in my tank. When I should have at least 450.

I have a 2022 36 XO and have the same exact problem. I've tried to have Regal calibrate the sender but they couldn't do it. What I do now is use the Garmin feature to set the number of gallons in the tank and then you can create a fuel gauge and/or remaining gallons gauge and it is highly accurate. The only inconvenience is you have to remember to tell the Garmin when you top off your fuel tank.
Wherever you see the fuel sender gauge you can click on it to swap out with this new "calculated" fuel gauge and you won't know the difference except you can trust it to be accurate.

The fuel level indicators/senders always seem to be an issue. Get in the habit us using the "Garmin" fuel used guage. This is VERY accurate. I usually fill up my boat and then just go into the "fuel" page and hit the option to "fill up boat". Otherwise, you can just add how many gallons you added. It's not hard to make that a habit. The gallons remaining will be accurate regardless of the pith of the boat etc since it just subtracts fuel used from the total. Doing this on my 2020 38XO and its always within a gallon or two.
