Regal seemed to use the same parts in a lot of places, which is just smart supply chain work. My 2000 4160 uses a Lofrans Progress windlass, it may be the same on yours. Not much identification on the top but I believe it says progress up there.
It's discontinued by the way. you can get an aftermarket pressure finger for it, but beyond that you'll be buying a replacement. My gypsy is pretty tired, but it grips chain a hell of a lot better than line so I switched to all chain rode and it's working fine.
