One of my winter boat projects this year is to replace the original fridge with a drawer style isotherm fridge freezer. Anybody tackle this job in a 4160? Will the fridge come out of the sliding door?

Same boat. I started to head down this road but I found a board replacement made mine start working again. I believe the front doors have to come off to get it out but I think that’s all that is required, but I haven’t had to do it yet.

I believe the front doors have to come off to get it out but I think that’s all that is required, but I haven’t had to do it yet. Fridge = Nova Kool Model RFS7500 - Dual Voltage AC/DC. Also replacing the board/AC/DC module fixed ours on 2001 4160. i have heard that removing the whole fridge/freezer can be a problem getting through the cabin door? Update Nov. 28, 2024 = Had to replace board again, using SECOP 101N0501 (now replaced by 101N0510) module (new single unit replaces both controller module and transformer module) apparently a voltage spike from shore power caused control/power supply board to short out. Bought module via Ali Express for $110, $246 via Amazon, or $480 via HVAC mechanic plus another $300 labor! Much easier and cost effective to replace module vs the whole fridge!

I've wondered about that same thing. I was able to replace the cooling fan on mine in my 3860 to get it working better, so didn't have to replace it.... yet.
